BATHROOM REMODEL – DOVER NJ

The homeowner borrowed 4′ from an adjoining bedroom to transform the bathroom from basic to beautiful – but it would still be a tight fit. Careful planning in the early design stage helped to make the best use of every inch.

APARTMENT MAKEOVER – MANHATTAN NY

The apartment owners weren’t sure whether to sell or to renovate. 3D models of each room with colors, furnishings, and built in casework helped them to see the potential of the space and choose to go ahead with the renovation.

CAFETERIA CASEWORK – FISHKILL NY

This cafeteria corner had a back-of-house function but front-of-house visibility. Before ordering expensive custom casework, the facility owner wanted to be absolutely sure of the size, layout, and functionality.

HISTORIC RESTORATION – BROOKLYN NY

This historic building had been vacant, neglected, and fire damaged. Replacement windows, cornices, and bays all had to be carefully selected and detailed. Brick and stone repair, including mortar color and mortar mix, were specified and the repair work was supervised.

3D VISUALIZATION – BROOKLYN NY

This 7-story, mixed use building was proposed as part of a rezoning application in a manufacturing district.
3D modeling was used to fully develop the facade design and to produce photorealistic renderings to present to city planners and to investors.

SECURED ENTRANCE – PINEBUSH NY

This industrial facility needed to limit access to a secured area while still maintaining a feeling of openness and visual connection. 3D modeling helped the client to visualize the finished install and explore color options.
